About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Enzmere. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order. Last Updated: July 2026.

Enzmere is operated by Husam Ibrahim Enezi, an individual operator. Our postal address is Sheil Court, London, NW2 5HS, United Kingdom. Our Products
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be minor variations in colour or design. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Placing an Order
To place an order, browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel your order. You are obliged to pay for the products at the time of order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Enzmere is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We offer delivery through Royal Mail and DHL Express. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Our standard delivery estimates are 3-5 business days for Royal Mail (free) and 1-2 business days for DHL Express (£6.99). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your goods. To cancel, please contact us via email at enzmere@outlook.com. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, request a repair or replacement, or seek a price reduction. For full details, see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. We apply reasonable limitations on other liabilities.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in Scottish courts; if in Northern Ireland, in Northern Irish courts.
